Today we did something we have never done before! We just dived right into the barn hunt competition in Bergen. Donna did great! She both got her Barn Hunt RATI (Rat Instinct) and in addition, she was also the fastest dog in her medium class (They are divided by heigt). Wow! So proud of her! In addition - Epona also got her Barn Hunt RATI title! WoW, great work by her! I can not stop smiling. I also lovet their halloween inspired photo wall!

Donna Madonna did it again! She won Best in Group 3 at Norsk Terrier Klub dog show. I am so impressed by my little princess. She sure loves to work. I am so happy I choose the Manchie as my breed. Judge Frank Kane: Critique: '13 months, full of quality and breed type. Correct for size and prop and with some curve to her topline. Good colours and thumbprints. A long, clean head with Good eye. She can fill out a little in front yet but she is top quality and carries herself well and should have a Good future.'

We got news! FellowMine Epona aka Ponzie is to join WestChester Kennel for a while. She is the most happy dog I have ever seen. She is just happy go lucky. Donna is thrilled with her. One can really see her settle in with another one of her kind. From the very beginning they are sleeping side by side. The love they share is so visible. It has also been so much fun getting to know Jorunn the founder and caretaker of FellowMine Kennel in Bergen.

This is our first trip to she Norwegian Happening in Sandefjord. We are competing for Norwegian Winner title and this year Norway is also hosting the Nordic Winner Dog Show. And yes, Donna did it! She is the Nordic Jr Winner, AND the Nordic Winner. Today she gained 2 titles! Kind of un-real. She even did better than her mother. I love her so much, she is such a precious and special dog.

So this weekend kicks off THE HAPPENING of the year! It is the Norwegian Winner and the Nordic Winner dog show in Sandefjord, On friday we met up with Greate and Ole Jan Bertelsen from Renn Chester Kennel, and Kirsti Kahrs from X-Pected Dine Mites Kennel. In addition we got to know Jennie Andersson which is the founder of the Veritas Aequitas Kennel in Sigtuna, Sweden. Jennie has Donnas mother now: Mosaic's Rider Up by Rustic Lane aka Salt, from the US. On thursday evening we had a photo shoot in the evening. The day before they big events even begin. It was so much fun! Afterwards we all had take-away and pizza from the local restaurant. Look at Donna, isn't she just beautiful?! I am so nervous for this weekend, I don't really fully understand the magnitude of it (yet.) This will be Donnas first show ever as a junior. Today Donna perticipated in her second Dog Show. It's sunny outside and the temperature is nice in Nedstand. The last time we was here were at the Nosework Course. Donna won her puppy class -BIR Valp, and she was even placed in the Group Finale! She ended up with BIG4 Puppy (Best i Gruppen, plass 4). Wow! In her second dog show. Even I am starting to understand that she is an extrordinary dog. I cannot belive that Kirsti and Eirik they sold her to me! I am truly lucky to have her, wow. I wonder where this adventure will take us.
